I don’t charge a broker fee where the loan amount is greater than £150,000.
Where the loan amount is £150,000 or less, I will charge a broker fee of between £199 and £399, payable on application.
The amount I will charge is dependent on the amount of research and administration that is required.
About Me
So here I am. I'm not actually a cartoon. I am married and I have 2 children and a dog called Diego. When I am not out visiting clients or working in the office, all of my time is taken up ferrying my children to various clubs and activities. As such, I no longer have any interests.
I live in Newcastle Upon Tyne and I do both face-to-face or telephone appointments. I have plenty of clients who are not local to me and everything is done over the telephone in these cases.
